How to reach us when it is down

The phone number and WhatsApp on this site are answered by the people who run the servers, not by a queue. That is a benefit of our size and it will not survive us getting much bigger.

What we commit to

A written support arrangement with a named contact comes with the Ultimate tier and with enterprise. Below that, support is best effort in Indian business hours, and we will not dress that up.

What we do not have

A public status page with historic uptime graphs. We are not going to put up a page that shows green because nobody updated it.
