✎ We run this on our own calls first — 19 calls through the platform's own switchboard before it was ever sold. See how it works
IN BUILD

The next number dials itself.

Work a list without touching a keypad: the call ends, the outcome is one click, the next number starts.

Most of a caller's day is dialling, waiting and typing, and none of that is selling.

What it actually does

No dialling, no waiting

The system places the next call while the agent is still writing up the last one.

The notes stay open

The record does not close between calls, so the agent is never typing from memory.

Rules first, always

Do-not-call and calling hours are checked before every attempt, in the dialplan as well as the app.

Attempts are capped

Ringing the same person eleven times is how a number gets marked as spam. The cap is a setting, not a hope.

What is true today

The dialler is in build. Click-to-dial from any record is live now, and for a desk under about twenty calls a day it is most of the benefit.
