What this actually is

A power dialler works a list without anybody touching a keypad. The call ends, the outcome is one click, and the next number starts ringing while the notes are still open.

The arithmetic is the whole argument: on a list-working desk, most of the day is dialling, waiting for ring-out and typing, and none of that is talking to a customer.

It is also the feature most capable of getting a business into trouble, which is why do-not-call enforcement and attempt caps shipped here before the dialler did.

Why a list beats a phonebook

No dialling

The number is placed for you the moment you are ready.

Notes stay open

You are typing into the customer's record while you talk, not after.

One-click outcome

Interested, call back, wrong number, do not call — from your own list.

Do-not-call respected

A number on the DNC list is skipped before it is placed, every time.

Calling hours respected

Outside the window the attempt is refused, in the dialplan as well as the app.

Every attempt audited

What was tried, by whom and when — before the call goes out, not after.

What you get

Every one of these has its own page saying whether it is live today.

What is live today

The line above each list is the honest one. Nothing below is described as finished when it is not.

Attempt caps per number per day
Click to dial from any record, today
Hands-free auto dialling through a list
Preview mode with the record open before it connects

What it costs

Priced per person, per month, with every number on the pricing page being the number you pay. Call charges come from your own trunk and we do not mark them up.

Questions

Asked before buying

Is the dialler live?
No. It is in build and this page says so. Click-to-dial from any record is live now, and for a desk under about twenty calls a day that is most of the benefit.
Will it get my number marked as spam?
It can, which is why attempts are capped. Ringing the same person eleven times is how caller IDs get flagged and answer rates collapse.
Is predictive dialling on the list?
No. Predictive dialling drops calls on customers by design, and we are not going to build that.
Where are the rules enforced?
In the dialplan as well as the app, so a browser cannot talk its way past a time window.
